• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

8. Marketing Services (Blogging, SEO, Reach Door to Door by Leaflets)

• Marketing services are delivered by selected package cycle (Blogging/SEO monthly, Leaflets weekly).
• You can request cancellation before work starts for that billing cycle.
• Once strategy, content planning, optimization, or execution has started, that month is non-refundable.
• If a duplicate payment is made by mistake, we will verify and process a refund for the extra amount.
