1. Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nexaglow.net with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized products
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@yourbrand.com.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

6. Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
